• You will be asked to review and complete our Privacy Policy (PP) and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

• Review by Lice Squad.com’s Franchise Director of profile to determine pre-qualification status of candidate and seek approval from the President & CEO to move forward with disclosure

• Receipt of candidate’s signed PP and NDA

• Receipt by candidate of our ‘Franchise Disclosure Document’ (FDD)/package, as per Provincial legislation/Canadian Franchise Association Membership

• Due diligence and validation activities by both parties.  For candidates, including, but not limited to, obtaining franchise legal/accounting/financial counsel, contacting franchisees and conducting market/business research.  For the Franchisor, including but not limited to, conducting candidate interviews and reference and credit checks

• Territory confirmed

• Franchise Agreement is awarded by Franchisor and signed by both parties (Franchise Disclosure Questionnaire completed and signed; and Franchise Fee and Start Up Costs due to the Franchisor are remitted at signing

• New franchisee attends Lice Squad.com’s franchise training at Head Quarters in Barrie, Ontario

• New franchisee successfully completes Lice Squad.com Franchise Training and begins operations!
