Prior to being the franchise director of Lice Squad.com’s Etobicoke and Markham locations, I assisted customers in a clinic setting in addition to in their homes as a consultant with Lice Squad.com’s Mississauga and Hamilton locations.  

My great interest is helping people who have been through this stressful experience.  I am passionate about helping children, adults, teachers and families get rid of head lice and solve this tough issue.  I always try my best to make them feel happy and aware of how to deal with and prevent head lice.  I have consistently shown the ability to satisfy clients with my professional service.

 Through my work as an educator, I have dealt with various age groups including toddlers, preschoolers, kindergarten and school age children.  I have a strong commitment to ethics and education.   My excellent customer service skills help me assist a diverse population and my diploma in Business Management will definitely help me run my business.
